Each individual may hold only one smart888 account. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, smart888 reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and retain or return funds at its discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and any other information reasonably requested by smart888. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Smart888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must notify smart888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Smart888 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to provide satisfactory documentary evidence of your identity (such as a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification) and, where applicable, proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is complete.
All transactions on smart888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No currency conversion is applied. The balance displayed in your smart888 account at all times represents your MYR balance.
Smart888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), and other methods as notified to members from time to time. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the smart888 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refused. This requirement exists to protect members from fraud and to satisfy our anti-money laundering obligations.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your smart888 account within 30 seconds. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 3 to 10 minutes. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may vary; smart888 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified on the payment page. Smart888 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Each game or betting product available on smart888 is subject to its own specific rules, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet or wager. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the specific product in question.
Smart888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a bet is placed on an event affected by a technical error; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, match-fixing, or abuse of the platform; (c) the odds or prices displayed were manifestly incorrect due to a system error; or (d) a member has exceeded any account betting limit.
A bet may be voided where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a period specified in the product rules, or where incorrect pricing has been applied due to a technical or human error. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any bet or game, the matter must be raised with smart888 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Smart888's decision in respect of result disputes shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
From time to time, smart888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the promotion. General principles applicable to all promotions include the following:

Smart888 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and, where the investigation supports a finding of breach, to void bets, withhold funds, close the account, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
All content on smart888.club, including but not limited to the smart888 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of smart888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from smart888 without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, smart888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including without limitation: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in displayed odds or game outcomes.
Smart888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. Smart888's liability in connection with such events is limited to the return of any bet stakes affected by a platform outage, where demonstrably caused by smart888.
You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent financial risk and that you participate at your own risk. Smart888 is not responsible for gambling losses sustained by any member.

Upon termination for cause, smart888 may withhold funds pending investigation of any alleged breach. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Where termination occurs at your request and no breach investigation is pending, your verified balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe following completion of KYC verification.
You may request closure of your smart888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to smart888's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and smart888 that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
Smart888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, smart888 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered members via the email address or phone number registered to their account. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using smart888 and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
